Just an ideal choice for a brief pit stop in Mount Crested Butte with very good value for money. The staff was polite and helpful when we interacted with them, making our stay pleasant. Consider bringing your own snacks since the restaurant service can be slow.

We had a lovely night here and really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the cozy hot cocoa in our room. The outdoor pool was a fantastic way to relax after a long day. Just a heads-up, we had to wait a bit longer to check in on Friday, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. 😊

I had a solid experience at The Grand Lodge Hotel And Suites. The spacious room had great views of the mountains, which made my mornings enjoyable. The amenities were quite good, especially the indoor pool and jacuzzi. They were perfect after a day on the slopes. Shuttle service to the ski lifts was convenient and timely. However, I faced some issues. There was a persistent noise from the elevator maintenance area that really disrupted my sleep. Staff responsiveness was lacking. I tried to address this during my stay but didn’t see much effort from management to remedy the situation. The check-in process was a bit slow, too, which added to my frustration. All in all, while I appreciated the location and amenities, the noise and staff unresponsiveness made my stay less than ideal.

The stay was primarily for a weekend getaway, and I truly enjoyed the spacious room with a lovely mountain view and plenty of natural light.
